Have you been able to find out if there’s any companies that put up gutter guards on those “super gutters”?

Typical insurance double talk on reasons to raise insurance rate. My solution is for the state to have an insurance program, state create a levy in the beginning to fund the program and gradually make insurance available to homeowners increasing the number of homeowners as the program meets the funding to cover the number of insurers.

HOA's should never be mandatory. It's adding effectively one extra layer of moronic government to tax you and tell you what to do.

What do you think about HOA?

Telling us sellers don't like to lower price and instead go for design center credits is not useful advice if you can't qualify for the higher number. Surely there are techniques that agents can use to get the number lower.

Still overpriced needs price reduction

We went under contract with Lennar for a house that supposed to be done this Sep/Oct, but they delayed it to Jan/Feb. Do you have any idea we could possibly negotiate with them for incentive since the price we had was from bidding and is way overpriced now, we dont think we could afford that same house at over 6.5% rate anymore unfortunately
