Buenas tardes … es lamentable el servicio que ustedes estan prestando eses ultimos 6 meses… tardan un montón a contestar a dar información, cuando hacen, dan informacion equivocada... durante casi 1 mes quedé hablando con varios agentes en linea para resolver situaciones con mis paquetes de POBOX, un con guia generada en JETExpress y otro como malo declarado y nada de informaccion correcta... en el ultimo intento fue cuando me explicaran correctamente como generar guia manual lo que hice de inmediato cuando ustedes me proporcionaran la informacion correcta..... para mi sorpresa desecharon un produto caro mío mismo después de ya tener generado otra guía nacional que es esa 3058709800610704935069 y compartído con un ejecutivo de ustedes que me aseguró que lo enlazaban hasta final de día, no hicieron .. y para mi sorpresa hoy recibo notificación que desecharon algo que ya tenía hecho todo que me pedirán.. y ahora quien me reembolsa mi producto y todo el desmadre???? quien se hara responsable del daño que me causraan por malo atendimiento??????????????? eso es inaceptable.... voy a tomar medidas judiciales si no me reembolsan eso o me envian mi producto
