She is pure class, i mean if class is being the most USELESS jockey EVER! Just saw her finishing 2nd on Way of life at Wolverhampton and ONLY her lack of ability and finish riding cost the horse, connections and punters a winner " DISGUSTING ride! She didn´t move a muscle the last 100 yards and she should NEVER get another ride EVER again! Sorry for connections, punters but she is the worst EVER!
Very sad that the video recommends reducing saturated fat intake that is relatively inert without considering the amount of saturated fat produced by the body in response to high insulin stimulating foods such as baked beans. Also, protein stimulates growth factors, leaving one susceptible to chronic ill health, necessitating the avoidance of excess. Very disappointed
Most dangerous game. Bravo to all of the jockeys.
Best video on RUclips
its always interesting listening to recovering addicts, they have tremendous self awareness and before the realisation comes they are so stupid
No lies here, pure hard truths , the highs and lows of addiction, a human condition. Reach out, get help , Feel no shame . 🙏🙏🇮🇪🇮🇪☘️☘️
Thank you for this video. So brave for these athletes to speak so openly. ❤
They should raise the limit 2 pounds.. 118 ain't shit on fir a 1400 pounds animal
Jockeys already have a 6lb margin for body protector & removal of saunas. So it makes it possible that 2 horses set to carry same weight on the race card could carry 6lb different if one jockey can make a weight with protector & the other pushes to top of the margin.
60 or 50. Big data
Well done Thomas!
After someone I was thankful I could call a friend, jockey Alex Canchari after his tragic tragic death I came rushing to this video. And send this to every single jockey friend I knew.

None of these “performance consultants” or sport psychologists are talking about the mentality of the jockey. The culture of pathology. I’m a former professional cyclist. I get it. Jockeys are extremely obsessive compulsive and constantly seeking psychosomatic relief. It’s almost as though they are determined to follow the same lifestyle and fate as the horses they race.
So I'm a 13 Yr old and I really want to be a jockey and I wanted to start training early ao I'm not gonna lie I was the weight most jockeys are so I starved myself
starving urself will prevent the strength the jockey needs. not a good idea
Who cares about the results of your stupid decisions. We all go through problems and challenges but not all of us abuse animals along the way, you’ve got depression from abusing animals and being stressed? Who cares.. you should have got your pelvis shuttered for pushing every horse to the point that it falls…
Both of these young men can be proud of themselves as can those who placed their faith in them Racing is very much a family affair and its refreshing to see what has been traditionally a stuffy old fashioned club dragging itself into the 21st century
A useless prick of a jump jockey
what gets me is these idiots are being on half ton horses and the public are betting the horses with yobs riding the horses no wonder racing is fcuked
It's sad how skinny they have to be! These horses are 2,000 lbs - they can carry a jockey that weighs 160-180 lbs no problem!! Not fair this sport makes these men do this :/
Yep 125lbs on the flat and 135on jumps
They get a break finally
But Britney Spears, diagnoses,. ..... That's a royldty, design, industry spi , political. Problem
Coffie,. Or smoothie so much better then,..... Alkohol, , drugs,.
SHES A REAL GOOD JOCKEY
When did he ever try he's always last
Hes won plenty on the flat and jumps. Grand National winning jockey too. Always like his riding style I think u should look at his record. Hes trying to help people here and u are worrying about losing. Says it all
Twat!! Clueless comment no idea what he’s on about as per usual...lonely keyboard virgin.. good man Alan ya melt 🤡
Awful rubbish background music. Commentary difficult to hear. Ruins potentially good video.
you con and cheat people all day. no sympathy and nobody is buying it. stop cheating the public and stop the narcisstic behaviour
I am full of admiration for both of these lads, they deserve to succeed an am sure they will offer support to others that find themselves in similar positions,
My God what two fabulous lads to go and talk about their addictions they are a inspiration to so many out their welldone

Well done with your winner yesterday ray I backed ya today on aweedram c on my son!
Well done men 💪
So very happy you boys both got help I lost my brother aged 45 4 years ago After 25 years of Alcohol abuse Sadly for him he didn’t want help This gives me so much joy Seeing you both so well
Well done lads
So proud of these lads
Coming here after poor Liam Treadwells death really makes you think, next time you think you’ve lost a bet? They’ve just lost again. And they feel they’ve let you all down.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO PRAY.
WELL SAID PRAY TO GOD🙏🙏
PRAY to ALLAAH🤲🤲
It's an outstanding explanation from Harry. When you're scared you look for accidents.
All of you all over the world ! Thank you ! Sincerly !
Never understood the sweating tbh,, its waterweight your losing and its needed to keep you hydrated.
Too many corrupt midgets nowadays they are up to everything.cheating cunts I've no time for any of the skinny runts
Considering the number of jockeys with drink drive convictions I can only assume this film is meant to be ironic.
Hi all John Robertson here from Melbourne Australia Was hoping there was away in getting in contact with Joe Carter from this clip. If anyone can help please email me Johnrobbo44@hotmail.com
Graham Lee has achieved so much and for him to be having issues puts the matter into perspective .
@@charlesmckinley8747 More money on the flat, more rides, and more countries to ride in when it's cold. Flat jockeys can ride till they are over 50. It was a decision made when McCoy was always champ. He'd won a Gold Cup and the GN at age 39.
top guys.. takes a lot to admit what they were goin thru
so true...
