I thought it was a good movie, lots of suspense

this episode is by far my favorite episode in acolyte, the fighting scenes are as good as the prequels, the choreography is excellent, however i still think the whole story of the acolyte series isnt that great, but hopefully these next 3 episodes are much better

This show is so painfully obvious what's going to happen next. The end will be some Jedi are bad and the Sith are right in their own way. It's trying to make the audience feel smart for figuring it out when it just feels demeaning they explain everything upfront. I'm guessing those flashbacks are embedded memories and her sister wasn't a bitch they made her out to be. "S, M, R, T!"

I saw about 15min of this and already knew the entire ending plot. A whole bunch of jedi? They are all going to die, so a big baddie has to be on the planet. Oh, a weird eccentric guy? He's definitely the BBEG. Why did they stop to mention a blaster when heading towards an enemy? Oh, that's what saves the day. I haven't seen anything else, so i predict that when the evil twin finally fights with her boss, she loses, and before the boss gets off the killing blow, blaster saves the day. How bad is the writing whrn 15 minutes of viewing lays out the entire overlaying plot, and finally?

Yep, predictions were correct. The series isn't the best, but because of how the fights play out in this episode, I'm both impressed and disappointed. For one, "hE dOeSnT fOlLoW tHe RuLeS oF cOmBaT", as if any opponent with the intent to kill you will be honorable. Yord really had it coming, he was just an annoying and oblivious character, as are most of the other Jedi. You're one of the greatest strategists and tacticians in the galaxy, and your first thought is to run head first towards a hostile you know is far superior than your entire detachment?
