27th Street is Our Runway! We are a fashion show club at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. FIT students of every major and year are welcome to participate in the award winning club, Runway27. This student run organization was founded in 2013 by students who wanted an outlet to express their knowledge and passion for the fashion industry. Devised into three committees - merchandising, public relations and production - students concept and produce the entire show from start to finish. Using a combination of student designs and vendor donations, the looks that walk the runway are inspired by a show theme.
