You can adjust how many people in the back row vs how many people are in the front row and pick who goes where, choose carefully .

While I KEPT the 4x exp boost cheat on for the ENTIRE game I leveled up BOTH Palom and Porom FROM LV 10 TO LV 50 BEFORE the USELESS Tellah rejoins on Mt Ordeals THEN SOLO lv up PALADIN Cecil on Mt Ordeals TO at least lv 45.

UNLIKE FF5 the onlu useful jobs are Monk Black Belt Dragoon and for the required Toad/Mini only area's Red Mage only IMHO all the OTHER jobs aren't worth it due to the FINAL boss spamming Partical beam every turn 1500 to 2000 damage is NOT worth using the UNLOCKED END of game Sage class instead using a 4x JOB LV 99 Dragoons with 2x Bloody spears in the FRONT ROW at lv 70 using JUMP on the ENTIRE party every turn and they will OUTHEAL Partical beam. Ninja also unlocked at the same time as sage isn't worth it due to that its BEST 9999 THROWABLE weapon costs 50,000 a Pop so the class is worthless without buying a full 99 copies of those

I STILL had Rinoa lv 99 all others LV 100 on DISC 1 But end game ONLY use a 3 party member GF setup on my lv 100 Squall Zell and Lv 99 Rinoa party don't give the others any.
