Surah A’rāf | Riwāyah al-Duuri ‘an Abi ‘Amr | Qari Bukhaari Ibn Ibrahim
the riwāyah of al-duuri ‘an abi ‘amr al-basri is presently predominant in somalia, east africa, and parts of sudan. historically, this riwayah was the most popular in the mashriq (eastern islamic world) but its prevalence declined largely due to ottoman influence, and the riwāyah of hafs spread in the region.
