I'm hoping to finish The Way of Kings Part 1 and The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi by the end of the year! Both chonky fantasies so my fingers are crossed. I've been thinking about starting Magnolia Parks, but I'm not sure if it's quite for me! Hoping I can get it at the library in case it's not oops

It was also hard for me to get through Magnolia Parks, but I had bought all of the books expecting to enjoy it so I pushed through. Daisy Haïtes is SO much better in my opinion and after that the series is better IMO

also re: Throne of Glass; I truly think that Sarah J. Maas just writes bad first books. I even felt that way with ACOTAR, the other books in the series are just so much better. I will say, try to stick through it, books 2 3, and 4 each get better and better and better. If you're an ACOTAR girlie, the way I'd put them in that ACOTAR is a great romance with some good fantasy political plot, whereas Throne of Glass is a great fantasy epic with good romance. Defs stick with it! :)

I feel that about the Kindle pages! Idk I also feel like something about the screen makes me read faster than normal.
