Just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and under investigation as professionals believe I have BPD too. It’s been a battle since I was 15, I’m now 35 (feeling 355 years old some days) thanks for sharing

Really helpful Katie thank you. Shop walkthroughs are so useful and so many people are lost about where to even start. You should totally do a video about basic homemade vegan alternatives to common food products. Also your fudge and cakes because that is insanely good!
Emsy Suffs exactly! I'm trying to focus on things I would've really found useful at the beginning. What kind of products do you mean? Also I'm trying my hardest to not make cakes ATM haha! It's sooo tempting!
I guess things like making pizza using vegan chrese or no cheese at all but adding other sauces to not make them dry. Making your own hummus. Different ways to make cheese sauces and the things that people just assume they can't have because they are vegan now. How you do your oreo ice cream. Vegan food hacks I guess I mean
