Just curious if they let you fly in rainbow mountain with out any trouble ? Do you need to get permission?
Was wondering the same question. Pretty sure I read that you need approval, but it's difficult to figure out whom to acquire approval from.

Captain Diabetes hi! Thanks so much for checking out my video! You can get there by yourself, but it’s quite windy and steep cliff roads, also the path leading to the lake isn’t exactly totally clear, it’s easy to veer off, you’ll still find it but at the altitude each step gets a little harder lol. With the tour we took, trexperience actually picked us up at 2:00am from Cusco so we were the first to arrive which is why it looked so empty and by about 8am it was already getting full of tourists. Also the authentic meal in the earth oven was a pretty cool highlight! Best of luck! It’s truly beautiful!

Peru has one of the most extreme geographies in the world. It is always better to go with tours. Even the Incas traveled in caravans.

Love this video! I'm going to take a trip to Perù, in two weeks. Did you have any trouble with signal of the mavic air on rainbow mountains (> 5 km above the sea)?
Mattia Bianchi yay! Have the best time! No not at all, it’s not really allowed though, I would recommend doing it from lower down the mountain and flying above and out as opposed to flying off the peak. The signal is great! Just the breath is a little challenging 😂😂😂

Thank you! I believe if memory serves me correctly it was end of March/early April - still FREEZING HAHA! Was in Edinburgh for one week. It is one of my fave places ever, Arthur's Seat is one of the nicest hill walks you'll ever do, but it was windy the day we went - maybe always. But so much fun!
