बच्चों में अगर आंखों की त्रुटि होती है तो वह आपको नहीं बता पाते हैं इस कारणवश उनकी नजर कम हो जाती है जिसे लेजी आई बोलते हैं। इसलिए बच्चों की आंखों की जांच सही समय पर शुरू होनी चाहिए और उसके बाद नियमित अंतराल पर होती रहनी चाहिए।

Treatment of Duane depends upon the squint present in straight gaze and amount of head turn. It usually involves operating on 1 to 3 muscles for correcting the retraction if severe

Yes squint surgery is usually done even after retinal detachment surgery to correct the deviating eye. It can be done under local anesthesia as well.

Yes it can be done in scleral buckle. After scleral buckling extraocular muscles are sometimes tethered which can be only released with squint surgery

Sci hub takes some time to incorporate latest articles typically 1-2months. May be you can try researchgate for that if author has provided full text
