How did you lock the engine on upper side? I mean, you could not remove the subframe with the stands holding the engine without cut it lol:D so I am curious, the engine has hooks? Thank you

Only go with Genuine Honda starter! The slower crank from old or aftermarket starter is the cause!!!

Slim chance anyone’s still on this but I have this issue! I replaced the crankshaft non oem and had a relearn. My catalytic converter is straight pipe I’m not sure if that’s the reason for loss of power but I keep getting P0339 and the triangle vsa and check engine light comes on after a long crank. Then the engine misfires sometimes it won’t accelerate over 40. I replaced the battery and it ran good for 2 weeks and came back. I’m thinking the issue is grounds, wiring harness, vtec solenoid , valve adjustment , software update , oem starter.

Did you take apart the old engine? Was is the valve stem seals or the piston rings? I have the same problem. Oil burning only on cylinder 3.

Where did you get the replacement clip? What is the universal clip called?

I erased all lights, relearned crank sensor. Need to idle car 10 after ecm reset.then I test drove 2.5 miles. No engine light so far. Should be fine. Starter sounds healthy.awesome

Code will come back on eventually until you replace starter. Weak starter will trick pcm into thinking to crank sensor isnt reading properly

I changed my crankshaft positioning sensor and my car is still giving trouble is that because i did not do what u did with the snap on yet? (PLEASE READ NEED HELP)
