On the 22nd of July 2021 I was mainly videoing the moon but I was also trying to focus on what I believe is the Venus. This is a quick and easy fix for a Renault key card when your card shows not detected and ask you to insert the card. This is a just temporary solution but we have been driving like this for over a month now and works every time. i used velcro tape but anything thicker will do.
Works very well, I’ve just put piece of Adhesive Floor fits perfectly inside the card slot , thank you for your help well done 👍

I used small piece of velcro but you can just put few layers of any tape until is enough to create a pressure point on the receiver:) I hope it works for you.

just anything will do as long as it is thick enough to give extra pressure on that point
three sattelites in formation, many intel sattelites do this. You can clearly see that it's not one object because the stars are visible within the triangle.

I presume the poor connection continues to get worse. How long has this continued to work?
I used it for few months and eventually it gets worse but it give you enough time to save up for a new key or get rid off the car lol it is just a quick temporary fix to get you moving
In fact, the patch helps to have better electrical contacts inside the card

This is a keyless entry car thus you should still be able to have the key in your pocket and start the car no need to put it in the slot I have the same problem at the moment
this might be the case with the newer models but not the old cars.
