Alison, sei stata il mio viaggio più bello, quello più difficile fisicamente e psicologicamente ma quello che ne è valsa più la pena affrontare. Ancora stento a credere di averti fra le mie braccia. Sei comparsa per la prima volta su un monitor di un test di gravidanza, per poi vederti come un piccolo gamberetto durante la prima ecografia e settimana dopo settimana prendevi sempre più forma fino a sentirti dentro di me come un uragano.

This is the only hooping video I've ever stayed this long for. You have what most hoopers lack- actual choreography (not JUST random tricks) and movement with the music

You should search circus style hula hoops. Much different than festival style and a much older discipline with a lot of tradition.
I'm thinking you mean flow. It's not really supposed to be choreographed. Its like jazz. It's supposed to be spontaneous.
