So my son is 16 months old and still doesn’t sleep through the night? I’ll put him to bed and then 3 hours later he’s awake and won’t go back to sleep until he can have my boob! Lol then maybe 2 more times during the night! So maybe 3-5 times he’s waking up! How do I get him to stay sleeping?

No I'd say I waited about a month for a full bath. I mostly just put a towel on a blanket on the floor took off his shirt wash top half put powder and new shirt on then same with pamper, it seems like a long time, but I was a new mother away from close family and Sam liked to wiggle. His first bath was in his carrier strapped in with 😊warm water and baby soap.

That’s a really good video. When we had our son we were given both options. We went with the gomco as it seemed like it was the more tried and tested method and gives a better result. I felt more comfortable with the gomco as the circumcision is completed there and then whereas with the plastibell it takes a while to come off. Our son handled the operation really well and I was surprised how fast it was done. I’m happy with the decision we made and glad that he’s going to have the same health benefits that I got to have

Circumcision is a medical fraud and the American Insanity. Bring your boy home whole!!

Not even the AAP endorses neonatal circumcision. They were the only pediatric association in the world to do so, but they let their policy expire in 2017, rather then face that backlash from their members if the were honist (they are a trade association and circumcision is a good income stream for pediatricians), or face the backlash from the public if they once again endorsed circumcision against the evidence. So, as a parent, do you want to go home with an infant that requires no extra care, and will grow up to have all of his penis and a full experience of his sexuality once he is an adult, or do you want to irrationally cut his penis to help the pediatrician earn a few more dollars, have something that requires extra care and perhaps a repeat trip to the Peds office or urgent care, removes up to 1/2 of the most sensitive skin on your boys penis that may effect him negatively sexually and psychologically. Finally, what will you tell your boy when he tells you he wished that you hadn't done that to him, and that he want's is full penis back... Sorry Nurse Carly, circumcision is NOT normal!

If you wouldn't do it to your daughter, don't do it to your son.

Perhaps, as every child has the human right to safety of person and bodily autonomy and integrity, you may decide to just take him home INTACT. No fuss, no muss
