Prices are sky-high, but falling. Homes are getting few offers and taking a long time to sell because there are few buyers. There are few sellers as well, so selection isn't great.

The truth is…..Californians drove the price up. Arizonans who have lived and worked here their whole life hoping to someday buy themselves a place up north got screwed.

Every real estate person would tell you to buy. They'll sell you a house floating down the river if they could.

Carlo, do you think Healthcare will grow there too? Because the population has grown, I would hope the medical sector would expand. Your thoughts?

The problem with most of homes on the market in Prescott is that they are 20 years old unimproved or family sell offs

Why are you pimping out all our beautiful scenery and calling in a ranch. I see nothing but mansions. Price and locals out of the area they can't even afford to live where they work anymore. Like you please and take your money with you and then everyone that fear that came and moved here for the scenery will be disappointed because they won't see scenery anymore. There's no ranches here. All these developments are calling themselves ranches. What a joke. It's called scraping the landscape running out the pronghorn and filling in every damn bit of empty property that can possibly fill into liner Pockets with money. What a big joke. Sell it out our land here. Selling out our beautiful scenery. You're probably not even from here and if you are you're a sellout. Just my opinion. I see what you're doing and you're not fooling anyone.
