It is available through the ingame mod manager . It is called Kuo-toa playable race. I am not sure if it available for consoles at this time though. I am using a PC.

I will have to check on this next time I play. There did not seem to be another map marker to travel to on my map other than the marker for the location itself. The game is extremely modded so it could be possible mod conflicts causing some issues as well.

@@Slice-GamingTJH It is the same one, the Kerba map marker. You just select it and fast travel to the alien workshop with a slight quest inside

If only they had more facial animation with Kuo-toa's though. Their face is always the same lol.

It is from a mod allowing Kuo-Toa as a playable race. It is a little glitchy with some clipping issues during certain animation though.

It has been broken since before the patch/enclave content. To be honest I think the last time it worked properly was somewhere around 2017-2018. I tried many things from beating cabot, trying to block him to force them to move forward etc, and many console commands ..nothing fixes it lol. As Todd Howard would say : It just works.

It is worse now than it was before they added the enclave patch/update.

I think it is from looting/ killing people from the circus in act 3. It is included in the all items chest/barrel mod from nexus mods and there are other mods like that with the items . Otherwise I am pretty sure you would have to kill off the circus to loot it , I may be wrong though.

I am still fairly new at this youtube stuff . I can provide commentary in the near future. The problem though is the length of the settlement tours can often exceed 15 mins and I want to try to keep my content shorter as I have a lot of videos that are just too long lol. Its a mod to remove weight limit. I believe there are a few of this kind on Nexus Mods. I don't know about for console though.

The only fix seemed to be reloading , though if in honor mode this could be a problem if the game was saved after destroying the shelf/book.

@@Slice-GamingTJH I'm currently doing an Honor run, and this is very Useful, especially as a paladin haha, in any case they need to patch it. But as long as it is there, as Dnd teaches us we can use any available resource

Actually they are , I am not certain when I download them. It might have been years ago. I don't know why the settlers AI chooses to use them without being commanded to though. www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18436

Is the mod available on ps4?

@@Üverkommando I am not sure on consoles . The last time I played stuff on a console was Elder Scrolls Morrowind way back when there was just Xbox, PS@ and gamecube . I am only gaming with PCS since. I looked online and it seems mods are much more limited on that console , something due to sony. I don't think it will work on a ps4. It is not a very useful mod or anything but it can provide for some strange and funny settler activity.

It's a new game + save file from I think 2018 that I have mods running on so I think it's not possible to complete that quest at this point lol. The main quests and all DLC were already completed in this save anyways.When I remove the mods it no longer loads the saves that I had loaded well using mods so I plan to start a fresh game in the future at some point. Depends on when I get time.

I am not even sure , less than 1 week I think. I will not be adding more to it because the game doesn't seem to like it lol it crashes often. The only game I have that crashes.

I have a whole bunch of mods from Nexusmods. I am not even sure what they all are lol. I only started playing again after a few years.
