I was recently reflecting on my vision correction journey. So I googled Dr. Herzig and, wow, he's on youtube and looking well. In 1996 at the beginning of farsighted laser vision correction I took a chance with what turned out to be a fast and loose player in the field. That eye institute starts with a B. Anyway it was a disaster. The technology and practical experience just wasn't there for my extreme farsightedness. And I only had one good eye(amblyopia). 6 years later Dr. Herzig was able to help me using a combination of treatments. 20 years later my distance vision is still good enough to drive without correction. I dodged a massive life altering bullet thanks to Dr. Herzig.

Why? I had my eyes lasered at TLC in 1999; I did not have a good feeling about Herzig.
