So i was told by freymiller, you stary out at 0.51cpm, does that include the perdiam, so the check would look like 0.36+ 0.15 per diam = 0.51cpm, or is it 0.51cpm+ 0.15 per diam

I left because of 3 true reasons..1over a huge lie some guy claimed I stole his bag and the bag was in the free section and they had me on camera telling everyone underneath the camera about the bag and they had the conversation took place between us before all this happened and I didn't get fired for this, check this out, I got fired for giving a driver his personal belonging back(company policy)12 years in the business never heard of such thing..2 already had a truck company on the back burner..3 I got a truck I can afford to buy and get paid for the hard work I put in.. they knew I was going to leave either way because before all this I put in a 2 weeks notice which they never granted, so the bag incident got me out of there and there's alot of other things, they cut the truck idle off even when it's 115 degrees outside a couple people died dealing with freymiller and they covered it up and I'm not saying this because of me leaving, termination, fired but it's the truth,red flags going on..

@@timothytaylor8321 .....I live in a swamp 30 minutes to the nearest town. It has just over 400 people. Pretty sure im not a city slicker. Think Shrek is one of my neighbors. He does have a nice boulder.

What does the home time look like for company drivers ?
I'm just starting out as a truck driver. I applied at TransAm and they wanna send me to orientation in Texas but a guy I know who also applied with TransAm is being sent to orientation in Kansas. Is there a difference in the routes, pay or anything else depending on where you have your orientation at?
Where you attend orientation depends on how much experience you have I think 3 months or more they send you to Kansas
Just don’t do the lease side staring out of trucking school. With all the fees and gas prices it’s not profitable at all. Company side is Ok like you said

DRIVE MAYBE 1800 MILES TO 2200 A WEEK. MAYBE ONE WERK ABOVE 2500. YOU BE THE JUDGE. IF THE DM AND OFFICE IS MAKING MORE THEN DRIVER RUN. DRIVERS KEEP THE DOORS OPEN NOT THE OFFICE. DRIVERS WORK 30 TO 40 HOURS MORE A WEEK THEN OFFICE. BREAKDOWN AFTER 36 HOURS FIRST IN THE HISTORY OF TRANSPORTATION. DETENTION ONE OF LOWEST IN THE LOWER 48. THEY KEEP THE 80 % EST IN THERE POCKET. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WON'T SOUNDS LIKE COMMUNISM BUT THEY CAN'T DO THAT FOR EXISTING DRIVERS ALREADY HIRED ONLY NEW HIRED DRIVERS. THE CLASS ACTION RUMOR HAS IT WILL BE FILLED IN NEXT 6-9 MONTHS. Then THE EX-FAMILY WANTS TO PREAC TO YOU AND USE GODS NAME IN VAIN. Part of the company was bought by an equity company. Supposedly freymiller is still in majority control. Supposedly it hasn't affected the company other than helping them axpand.

I am an old timer retired police officer and Marine. I've had a CDL for 30 years now. Kept it live with a current Medical card. I am ready to apply to TranAm because I do not want to go out on the road with a trainer at all. I'm afraid if I get to the school that i will fail due to backing, serpentine etc.. Any words of encouragement? Any tips.. Thank you.

That's being a company driver, nobody average less than 2000 miles unless truck is broke down, majority of the time we all get high mileage, speaking on all now 2000-3500 seriously,not bs

As a new driver 1000 to 1200 is what your going to make if you make more 👍 but you gotta crawl before your walk get your experience and get the hell out. When I first got my license I got a good paying job 65cm I was running 3200 miles a week sometimes 3400 do the math on that and it was 1099 the only problem was he couldn't afford a new driver insurance so then I have to go to a company like TransAm just to get my experience up and then get back in the same truck making 2k a week or more.
What company makes good money for new inexperience driver?

Good company? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 they will screw you over all the way around. They make 75-80% of their money in LO. They try to push everyone to do that. They supposed to pay breakdown pay. NEVER PAY… They are one of the worst companies. They will keep you out and don’t like sending you home. They are in the worst companies to drive for only use this company as a LAST RESORT. If you messed your driving record choose Swift before Trans Scam.
