no offence meant .i use this one many times but the chanting is distracting ,for a beginner Who needs the meditation to calm thoughts While looking at healing waterfall x
All feedback is great! it is actually very interesting to get feedback as no two people are the same and all like a different approach.The same can be said for guided meditations,some people are drawn to and some they are not.So following the feedback from all sources I try to keep a happy medium.I never judge or treat anyone any different.....so no matter what level there will always be a helpful approach.I always monitor my classes too and adapt as we go along......so thankyou for your feedback too!
