Train like Classics Young Gun Laurence Pithie
Hard core fans will have noticed Loz putting in some strong rides in the harder one day races in previous years, but 2024 has been a breakthrough season where he has shown himself as one of the top contenders in the biggest races on the calendar.
Laurence started the year with a win at Cadel's Race before having a Spring that turned many heads in the cycling world, highlighted by epic rides in Gent Wevelgem and Paris Roubaix as well as a stint in the Yellow Jersey at Paris Nice.

    if you want to do heat training im at the world capital, every day for last 2 mo has been 80F+ and 95-100% humidity from 6am-11am.. absolutely miserable. you do not cool or evaporate. cant wear a helmet at all, litearly changing hands wiping sweat out of eyes every 10sec or less. or yeah, and after an hour your bibs are squishing......
