i’ve played this video every time while getting ready this week, and i keep hearing your voice when i decide not to make my bed or when i want to sleep in. maybe i’ve had enough of falling into the same patterns or i just needed to hear you call me out, i have been avoiding the same habits and consciously replacing certain actions and thoughts. the anxiety part especially spoke out to me, the physical body having learned these responses.

wow , verry well said , i love the way u explain , also when u are obsessed and create a version of the other person in your head whatever you see in them is all whithin you and coming from you , love , beauty , talent , appreciation , it is quiet hard to cut someone u lost your energy in , but the pain of taking that decision is way easier than the pain that wld be felt on the long term if the decision wasn"t made

and thank you for mentioning journaling , because this obsession often comes from traumas and lack as u mentioned , when we are able to define them and work with them , we understand the root of the problem , which is the key to stopping this

Funny enough it was when I started forcing myself to beleive I deserve a good life my life started getting better. Sometimes I think back at all the things I denied myself in the name of getting a good life. Thanks for the words of wisdom Olohi ❤
