Honestly, I think whenever anyone who has done the thing, made mistakes, and shares how to get past them so you don't have to - it feels like cheating. Definitely try some of these out. just be aware of those pros and cons and then plan to work around them or work through them.

I don't actually help directly - I can only share whats worked for me. Honestly it all depends on the business. I talk about this in the video, but if you're already working with customers, then you probably have a lot of similar questions that are asked by them. This is the kind of content I would create first, as these questions are usually what they need to know to move forward. However, there are probably a few other topics that you wish your audience understood or knew, but its usually those who are closer to becoming a customer that ask. Definitely create this also, as this will increase sales. The beauty of this type of content is its super valuable for your audience but also very low competition to rank for in Google. However, you still need to write good quality content. That's why I always follow the process when I write. Otherwise you can forget to do things or simply not provide the information that the reader was looking for. I hope that helps! Dan
