Arlo gear is good when it works. However, mine is always dropping off line and a security system that can't reliably keep connected to the server, is as good as useless. You can bet that when the crooks break in, it'll be at a time it's disconnected, acting as an expensive waste of time. It's expensive stuff, and unreliable in my opinion. I would never go near arlo kit again.

I'm not using a hub etc. Just using my internet. Worked before now showing offline. Plus, it takes forever to connect. I have ring also when I tap on it it shows a live view

Arlo are the worst cam don't waste your money this happens all the time not reliable. 1 works but the others are offline than the come back on. Garbage

This is pure gold that ARLO is now/currently attempting to force their customers to throw money immediately at a "plan", when one reaches out to trouble shoot. Idk who or what idiotic team came up with the technical stratagies of fighting a bot for 1. 2. Chat with a " person " who cannot even use the digital instruments given to connect one to whichever outlet. The im sorry slingin is THICK for sure. Cameras or home base is also not featured or given the option to update its firmware internally. Nope. More money at a plan. Sounds simple enough in todays lazy society but it opens up your own privacy to a 3rd party> straight party line central bc it is NOT just " Arlo " watching or listening. Why in the hell would i CREATE new issues in so many ways AND throw money away on a stupid plan CONTINUOUSLY being " updated " by THEIR doings, not the customers to keep you what... "safe". Ok. George. Ill continue to troubleshoot w/o Arlo the ACTUAL companys help. So. SIR. folks like me with a hardwired system. Appreciate every explanation. NOONE Should have to or makr this part of a routinely process for their own safety. AND PAY FOR IT ON A MONTHLY BASIS! When i do upgrade really soon. Dueces Arlo. Keep ya greed Ps. Sir. Thank you. Arlo is GARBAGE...i wish i can return mine but im past the return window. This camera has a ton of issues... 1) zones do not work properly 2) updates always messes your cameras up 3) newer models does not record to your base station even with an SD card WITHOUT a subscription 4) theres barely any customer service 5) does not record continuously even with someone in frame for 10 minutes it will record only the 1st 20 seconds 6) does not detect people on your property until theyre like 4 feet from the camera THIS CAMERA IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PURCHASE IVE EVER MADE

Arlo has the absolute worst customer service ever

God arlo cameras are such trash. Do not buy these. All you get out of it is tons of stress, wasted time and money.

what do you connect this battery to charge it? battery says input is 4.3V. I have a 5.0V charger - normal arlo camera charger. is that okay to use?

Wow. Really liked this video. I liked the shaking at the beggining it added nice touch along with the songs. Great natural visits to places in Greece and THEN the SURPRISE at the END. I think this video should actually get more views because it was interesting, fun, and surprising at the end......came to watch the Arlo videos that were helpful and just looked at this one and was delighted by it. I could not see what you did because you did not show clearly where that rubber thing is to charge the Arlo doorbell. The camera did not show exactly what you did.

About 16 months ago I bought 3 ZArlo Pro 4. A month later I got a base to work with them. (Good luck with that). 2 of my cameras have solar collectors and one just uses battery. The batteries for all 3 will charge but I am constatnly losing connection. Even when the batteries on the solar ones are charged 100%. I am going to try and make these suckers work. If that doesnt happen gonna kiss over $700 goodbye.

The pro-2 are awesome. Essential not at all 0 stars. I finally figured Arlo out it took 2 years but I did it. The secret is the B.B.B. I will give Arlo 5 stars for being deceitful, sly, slick as s$#&, nothing sticks, help desk ahaha. I made a case with the B.B.B. OMG holy cow they snapped to attention got what I had asked for 100 times. I send you 3 essential paper weights cameras and you send me 3 pro-2 easy peasy lemon squeezy . I will scream it from every roof top. Better. Business. Borough. One and done.

Don’t buy the Arlo camera it’s going to cost you over $10 to $15 dollars per camera per month it’s ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend it
