The back dormer looks like a waste. The front is good only if you plan to be strapped in for 3-4 days on end. The stove is, again, a true luxury as most cooking for one will be on the outside or in rhe microwave or air fryer. All around a very nice camper. Excellent actually 👌

Do you have any problems with the latches and props sticking? Do you need to keep WD40 on hand all the time?

Just bought a 2023 16.1, we love the size for just the wife and I or just me on a quick getaway. The solar has never worked, not sure what is going with that, and our bathroom door opens the other direction, which is very annoying when inside the trailer. Barely any room to get into the bathroom with that orientation.

What’s the weight on the bunks? Is it wooden or aluminum construction?

Wish there was an affordable used classic with potty, air, & water/ fridge . I was told I should stay less than 1600 total wt.

Agreed but, I feel the fear of flames rising out weighs the inconvenience of getting wet!

I feel like the biggest issue with the bat wing is that it doesn't cover the cooking area so that when you are going to cook outside in the rain you're going to get wet.

50 grand is way too much 50 will get you a hiwall popup and a truck to pull it with 10 grand left over

Is the bed long enough for you? I’m 6’4”, my wife 5’11” and we’ve a 4 yr old. I like the concept of hard sided pop-up campers. Trying to make up my mind between these and pop-up slide-in truck campers. Good video, thanks for the setup and takedown and tour.

I purchased one last season and LOVE IT!!!

Typical tandem axles have a load equalization bar which prevents a single tire from taking all the load when you transit over uneven surface. It seems to me this could be problematic with this setup. While I probably would not worry about overloading the suspension itself, I would worry about overloading a tire or hub. To see what I am talking about find a decent sized lump and slowly drive one of the trailer tires onto the lump. Almost all the weight will be loading up on one tire. Do this with a traditional leaf tandem and you will see the equalization bar keep the weight 50/50. I find it very odd.

Where is the inverter housed?

I really want someone to demonstrate how the shower works in one of those. It looks like a good idea, but I suspect it would turn a lot of the interior in a wet mess.

I want to watch a video of someone putting one of these things down in the rain, and then describing how wet everything gets on the inside. Clearly, it’s better than a traditional pop-up camper, but I suspect it’s best for dryer climates.

Very impressed that you did not skimp on carry capacity. Too many trailers load up and leave very little payload for people & gear. Was it 3043lbs?

Great camper and I'd like to have one. But that "janky" bed slat cushion seems not user friendly. I'd rather have the Ole tried snd and true. Pedestal table where the table fills the space. Also that dinette table seems unstable
