Requesting all aggrieved flyers to come forward, who have faced inconvenience due to the services of SpiceJet.
This is what happened with us:
We were supposed to fly at 01:50 hours on 05.02.2023 via the SpiceJet flight SG 59 to Dubai from Mumbai and the flight was delayed by over 3 hours due to "operational issues" as mentioned in the emails received a few hours prior to the flying time (specifically at 23:06 hours on 04.02.2023 and at 01:57 hours on 05.02.2023).
When we asked the SpiceJet check-in counter personnel, we were informed that the flight was delayed due to non-availability of a Captain. When we went towards the boarding gate, we were attended by the onground SpiceJet Staff, Mr. T...
