I’ll always be proud and brag about the fact that the first concert I ever went to was the Yeezus tour in 2013 and Kendrick opened for Kanye . Seeing favorite rapper of all time Kendrick and my favorite artist of all time Kanye perform on the same night is so crazy to me to think about in hindsight. It was after GKMC so Kendrick was already a star and a great performer but I can tell the theatrics in his shows now had to have been largely influenced by him opening that tour because back then Kendrick was just simply rapping with a band .
Yeezus and that tour was a big inspiration for his upcoming TPAB and more to come, i see he uses lots of Kanye lines too throughout the years i can see how much Kendrick recognizes Ye as a great artist
