Cambodians have been working really hard to build infrastructures despite many obstacles in their path to fast developments, particulary heavy corruption in the society. If there was equally corruption like Vietnam or Thailand, Cambodia would have so far built bigger infrastructures many times better than today. Any country when corruption take heavy tool, the progress of developments are going to be slow or standstill.

I'm very surprised and shocked to see how traffic flows on the first roundabout. It poses a significant safety hazard. Without traffic lights at each entrance, drivers are forced to navigate chaotic and tightly timed lane changes, creating a high risk of accidents. The lack of proper regulation leaves vehicles converging unpredictably, making it difficult for drivers to adjust safely and smoothly, further jeopardizing road safety....

Please for public transportation sake, start an automated electronic metro lane (like Senchen, China) as well as a modern up-to-date sewage system and proper sanitation facilities. Better waste management is dignified for this new satellite city. Also aim at using techniques and materials that will help reduce flooding with the street construction. Use solar energy as much as you can. Always incorporate the modern and automatic powered energy to a new construction project. Since Cambodia do not have long haul airlines to bring in tourists, Cambodian government should make sacrifices by giving deep discounts for long haul airlines to get tourists from afar. And try to to this make this airport as a connecting airport. We have to sacrifice landing fees for tourists' spendings.

Cambodia, especially Phnom Penh, falls short of the standards seen in many global cities. The city must tackle plastic waste, create pedestrian-friendly crossings, and improve pavements. Public transport hubs are nearly nonexistent, and there's no sewage system to prevent flash flooding. Cities like Singapore, London, or New York have systems like DTSS and their water treatment to treat wastewater before it's released into rivers, preventing downstream contamination. Parks, gardens, and benches for the elderly are scarce, and toilets are inadequate for both tourists and residents.
