See even when you suspend the orphan port towards the active firewall or load balancer, still the primary firewall or load balancer is connected to that down orphan port, as long as the firewall or load balancer heartbeat link is not broken the even if the traffic reaches the secondary won't process the traffic. at 17.00 you said the server sends the arp to secondary vpc and via peer link the active vpc processes the arp and sends the arp reply down the member port connected to N5K. So how the loop avoidance happen here? did you forget that?

In our network root bridge in core switch and end user connected with access layer switch and only one switch is sending BPDU towards end user while "peer-switch" configured on VPC domain . During primary link going down facing packet drop . can you share your suggestion .

When server receives a broadcast why it is sending back to create loop? If it is a switch then only it will forward broadcast to create loop..
