I am a former track and field athlete who focused on the long jump, starting my journey in high school. Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to win national championships and had the honor of representing China at international competitions, including the Summer Universiades of 2007, 2009-where I finished in 8th place, and 2011 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liu_Xiao_(long_jumper) . My academic path led me to Peking University, where I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees.

4:39 fatigue? give up the position, lazy, just use foot to defense, not the position and movement.
4:31 not strong enough to keep balance and force through from the bigger kid
3:45 too young, too small, otherwise, it is very good attach and dribble

1:38 too dangerous, should be stronger and keep balance to low the risk as much as possible
