Thank you I've been trying to get people's attention by using rhythms so I can get their attention whenever making a group speech or a school speech but if I raise my volume up from speech it just works best

Tempo refers to the speed or pace of the rhythm, while the time signature is a numerical notation that indicates the number of beats in each measure and the value of each beat. A change in tempo means that there is a variation in the speed or pace of the music. For example, a piece of music may start out with a slow tempo, and then increase in speed or tempo as it progresses. This change in tempo can be gradual or sudden, and can create a sense of tension or release in the music. The time signature, tells the musician how to count the rhythm and where the emphasis should be placed. For example, a time signature of 4/4 indicates that there are four beats in each measure, and the quarter note receives one beat. This means that the musician should count to four before starting again on the next measure.
