Sir How to get injection location in Moldex3D
Hi Sumit. There is a small help in injection location advisor, but normally you have to take a lot of different things into account, as filling pattern, mould opening, hot runner versus cold runner, weld line position, clamping force, filling pressure etc. This is actually a part of the simulation that sometimes is hard, because you have to go with the best compromise.......Injection moulding is one big compromise, So but I can't get more precise without having a full training :-)

hello can you help me ! i have problem about setting compression zone in moldex3d designer. can you show me for a process icm please .
You have to use Rhino mesh (Moldex3D Advance) to be able to apply Compression Zone for ICM, this feature is not supported by Moldex3D designer.
We can solve these kinds of problems totally or apply the compression zone as a part of our consultancy business if of any interest

Hello, recently i starter to use Moldex3D for my research of master degree and i need to do a RTM simulation but when i try run in Filling & Curing -F C, shown this warning: Symptom: Error found in reading permeability data. The data in .kpt is incomplete; Solution: Please launch the designer to fix them. But i don't know how to put de permeability data in designer. If you could do an RTM simulation explaining this process, i will appreciate so much. Beforehand thank you so much. Best regards! Carlos GL
