I got LUCKY!$$ APA 8 Ball League Match
I watched a little of this and died laughing here’s a fact take either one of these finely tuned athletes keep them on their feet for over three hours and its money in the bank.
Shawn busy getting clapped so he mud racked his opponent lol
They don’t play like any 9 around here. They look like 6 or 7s maybe on a good day
Exactly what I was thinking. I'm a 7 and would keep either of these racking most likely.
Honestly, some of the best commentary I've seen to date. "Schmack!"
Might be an off night, but this Niel’s guys has terrible fundamentals.
Good match
When there was the hook on the 6 ball it looked to me that qb hit rail then 6. Therefore no rail ball in hand
Well I would do very good against these players.
Get that asmr mic. Out of your mouth. Cant watch this.
Bro Jasón is not level 5 never
First rack: that was a foul when he made the 9ball. He grabbed all of the balls including the 4ball while the 4ball was still in motion. The shot isn't over until all of the ball stop moving
He’s in love with Shelby lol
Did not see the scratch loss coming lol
To your One Pocket question…For a 7’ table break, Try placing your cue ball only 1 inch off the rail at the head string line. Use the same inside kill spin as normal but add some high English too. So maybe 1:30 for right kill, 10:30 for left kill and aim to catch the head ball a little heavier and just glance off the second ball. From there, you may have to make slight adjustments in English depending on your cloth/table conditions. Hope this helps!
“Keith is wearing a backwards hat”. .?? That’s the thing about his wardrobe that peaks your curiosity? LOL
The way I hit soft soft is a chock up on the cue and shorten my bridge sir try that
Love that you show the player stats. Packman and Tiffany had a great match.
I will never play apa, it's for people that want to knock balls around not for serious pool players. Just my opinion
Agree 100% and then some!
Nice graphic
100% Keith is fun to be around
Congrats on starting a new job. And thanks for the awesome upload. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for sharing this match, it was great to watch.
Not my best mate eye patch definitely effected me but my eye is getting better I was also rushing my shot for sure but it was late in the night and trying to get out of there in a timely matter but like I said doing much better now thank Chris for a good match hopefully you can record me in the future 😊
I'm a 7 and I'd give these guys the 7 ball. Or 3 games on the wire. They play like a weak 4
why is Kieth wearing a dress ?
On a 7 foot table, I do a head on pop style break from halfway between the first diamond and headstring and one diamond in, usually from the left side. Always gives an excellent spread and don't end up dry very often.
49:51 was ball in hand.
I don’t do the second ball break because I would scratch all the time so I do the first ball break but at an angle
That first rack had an unfortunate ending. Sreekar probably runs out there. Happens very often though! ALWAYS confirm "ball in hand" with your opponent before picking up the cue ball
whats up with the dress whats Keiths pronouns. lol
If I remember correctly, he lost a bet 😂
@@ThePoolGods Honorable guy to fulfill that bet. :)
Just for comparison, what is your defensive shot average??
4.72
minor correction on the commentators: you can jump with your playing OR breaking cue. The only stipulation in the APA rule book is that you cannot use a jump cue.
Jump Cues - Only allowed in Masters Divisions. Break Cues - Sometimes combined with jump cues to form a jump-break cue. These cues are allowed in League play for breaking. They may only be used to perform jump shots or massé shots in Masters Divisions. Regular Shooting Cues - These cues may be used to perform jump shots, massé shots and break shots in all APA League and Tournament play. You may not “break down” your Regular Shooting Cue to perform a jump shot.
So painful to watch. Just a hint: walk behind your object ball once in a while before you lineup your shot.
This is where I always use the sacrifice strategy. I will put up one of my 2's against a strong 7. That way my 4's and I (5) get better match ups.
I'm amazed that Joey doesn't miss a lot more than he does because I notice that his eyes are always focused on the object ball and he never seems to check his tip to cue ball position before he shoots . I guess he gets aligned while he is getting down for the shot and he manages to stay lined up throughout his stroke. I wish I could do that . I always need to check back once before I pull the trigger . Hats off to Joey .
Out of curiosity how many innings was this match?
I bought a cue extension on Temu for $11 so I never need to use a bridge anymore.
Val needs to be a 3 or 2 never a 4
At 21:16, both the 12 & 11 ball were accidentally moved by the bridge. Is this not a ball in hand for the other player? (I actually play in my first APA match today, but I’m used to playing all ball fouls) Edit: I turned the volume on and heard you say it’s not a foul. That worries me about people intentionally cheating during APA matches and moving balls on table…
Sorry for the late reply. In the apa your opponent moves the object balls back to where they were. Not ball in hand
@@MoneyBallBilliards thanks! I actually joined my first APA last month, so I am familiarized with the rules now. (I might not do APA again though. Might do BCA or stick to local tournaments)
@@DashingRavebca definitely has better rules in my opinion. I play apa for fun with my friends.
Blue Moon is my first choice every time.
"You miss with ball in hand, you have to buy the team a drink." So if you miss with ball in hand, it costs you like 50 bucks with a tip thrown in? Some of us can barely afford to come out and play.
I use Kamui 0.98 chalk.
43:05 It was a bit of a long shot but I think a bottom left hit with a good bit of speed on that 6 ball may have given you a pretty decent chance at crashing into that cluster and freeing up those couple of balls you had tied up there.
I hate when teams throw off on my high ranked players. Nobody wants to see a 9 vs 3.. Great to see a 9 vs 9 vs a 9, Both player understood the table. The one guy that plays very upright desproves that you have to be very down on cueing, but fun match to watch. Thanks for the vid. Red shouldn't have gotten frustrated though. When you're a 9 and your 17 down, you're right there. And that 4/7, easy call. 7 first.
Why not take advantage of the ranking system. It ranked to be considered a fair match regardless. Plus nobody wants to still be playing league at 2am.
Jimmie got no business being a 5
Hi,how the player identify skilled level,do they take some sort of exam?
It’s some sort of computer algorithm. 🤷♂️
Who has been "waiting for this?" A couple minutes was all I could take of this torture.
I waited for months. This was the match of the year.
Where in Sacramento was the match played?
This terrible play is way too hard to watch.
Why is the score 8 to 1 after the first game, shouldn’t it be a total of 10 points
