A woman's power comes in at the home and the community. Social work. Anything more than that and her cortisol rises too much for too long, her body chemistry changes, she turns near universally into what the female politicians look like. This is not healthy in a physical sense, but it's more than that. Now the woman has power over people who are not her family, she goes toxic and scared to lose face. I think there is a general lack of what I call civilizational thinking. In politics it shows via just talking about the tax rates, social programs and in general short term stuff. There isn't any discussion on the long term plans, impacts or larger values. If national infrastructure is being planned then everyone is "not in my backyard" or pushing for projects just based on feelings or again lacking any long term understanding. And those are just internal politics examples from my country. There is gender correlation in this, but lately not really. I think hoe_math with his levels of thought explains this very well.

Will give me European (Czech, though I'm American educated) perspective here a little bit. First for the vote for Trump. The core issue is that all the media (even the right wing) take news from CNN, MSNBC and other left wing media. It is almost impossible to find an American "right-wing" perspective, on a very rare occasion you can find a rare take from Fox News. The TV news are still the king as well, so they have a huge influence as compare to America. Though for Denmark the issue might be Greenland that Trump mentioned in the past as something that USA should buy. For people hating when making more than average. That depends on the country, but mostly true. Entrepreneur is the big devil that steals from the working class, you should be a corporate drone line everybody else, that is where you will find a happy and stable life .🤮 Even my dad torpedoed my entrepreneurial ambitions (despite himself being entrepreneur), saying that I should get a corporate job instead. Now almost 10 years later I'm doing my last ditch effort to do a startup, but that is a story for another day.

I met my wife 11 years ago when she was 19 and I was 23. We both worked at a local supermarket. I was living in a studio apartment making very little money but was independent and self reliant despite my poverty. She grew up on welfare with her single mother and 2 siblings who both had different fathers from her. I showed her that I was willing to share that independence with her and create a new life together in which we could create a family. After almost 10 years of marriage we now have 2 children and are fortunate to take in more than the median US household income despite me being the sole provider. She is my Cinderella and I am her Prince charming. The dream is possible but only if both partners are willing to seek it honestly and treat each other with respect, dignity and without any ulterior motives.

The way how I understood the concept of the nuclear family is that is the bare minimum needed to keep a family healthy. Even Jordan Peterson has said so in several interviews that that is the bare minimum, not the ideal though. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc are all going to be naturally involved unless you moved to a whole different state, country, part of the world. This doesn't occur when you have dysfunction within the family and/or there is self destruction that is involved. And since we are currently dealing with a epidemic of single motherhood, that's why I see them pushing towards going back to at the very least the bare minimum. That being said though, the nuclear family can also be observed as the year 1 of that family's legacy, making it the ideal would require that you completely cut off the grandparents at each sequential generation and I don't think that generally has occurred, except for in small spurts, historically speaking, like the example you brought up of people moving from one place to another due to a job. What would help is encouraging people to, at the very least, stay in one location and actually build roots. Being nomadic really makes things way more difficult for families to be healthy and the white pill I can add to this is that as people are aging, they are understanding how getting with someone who is out of state/country has the consequences of having to travel back to those places and split holidays between your family and elsewhere. The benefits of dating local become way more pronounced when people actually think about this and I have been doing my part to bring that up when these kinds of conversations come up in the circles I get myself into. Also I have noticed that the call, homesickness, whatever you want to call it becomes more pronounced as people get older and something like dating local might end up becoming more of a thing. The only thing I can see wrong with this picture is those that go back, especially the women, have wasted their prime years being elsewhere and only have a short time to find a partner. I do expect to see advice videos talking about this revelation and maybe there might be a shift in culture that prioritizes staying local instead of going abroad.

Very nice and interesting discussion. The point about self-help books, which are suppose to be "what you dad should have taught you", really hit home, especially when then expanded to the whole generation and the lack of generational knowledge transfer. Many things to say on that topic. For myself since I was always more of a thinker and history buff I went into history and studied things and kind of established myself along the traditional values of my society which pre-date the cultural and value destruction wrought upon the nation by communism. Looking forward to future videos.
