i've been wondering about same thing with mine. it happens only on the 2nd gear esp when im coasting and pedaling REALLY slowly simultaneously. the coasting sound gets kinda "messy" or like you mentioned in the forum "inconsistent". that's how id describe my situation. ive chained the indicator chain, 1mm out. the gears shift fine, they dont slip. but the sound does make me wonder if its just me or is something wrong. on 1st and 3rd gear its totally fine and consistent-makes the clickety sounds a SA hub usually does.

Hi, did you find a solution to this? I’m guessing it’s the pusher (rear mech) rubbing on the jockey wheels? I have the same issue!!
