you've got some grammar issues in the video - its not "what exactly it means" should be " what does it mean exactly" also the name itself is not quite right, rather try adding a verb, this would make it more grammatically complete, such as "Coffee & Creative Ideas, remember the word creative is an adjective, used to describe various qualities, characteristics, or attributes of the noun, as an English person we see this mistake immediately.

So fir se call / WhatsApp massage kiya , No service , fir mene 2 din bad inverter ko return bej diya, uske bad company ke owner Ashutosh verma se bat hui , unhone bataya ki aap ko refund 21 days bad milega, to fir hum 21 din ruk jaye fir bhi refund nahi mila or aaj tak call / WhatsApp massage kar raha hu refund keliye, but abhi tak nahi mila refund Amount. 3 month se ho jaya fir bhi company ke owner bol rahe he refund ho jayega process me he , company ka process kabh khatam hoja Or Muje refund kabhi milega he to bhagwan hi bata sakte he ???????????

This video is misleading we are waiting for the flat for such a long period (project delayed by 4 years already) but there is no clarity, intresting part is that the builder is not responding on calls, mails and even the buyers try to fix up a meeting to discuss the common issues but they are least bothered to or have basic courtesy to respond. DO YOU THINK ANYONE WILL GET INTO YOUR TRAP FURTHER. ALSO WHATEVER BRANDS THEY ARE USING IN FINISHING IS PATHETIC AND SAYING ITS AS PER AGREEMENT TERM *EQUIVALENT 😀 Even though there is no answers when they deliver the project is planned, NO TIME-LINE AT ALL. IF YOU STILL WANT TO.BUY ITS YOUR CALL TO STUCK WITH THE BUILDER, INFACT MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE IF YOU WANT TO BUY GO FOR READY TO MOVE IN PROJECT AND NEVER THIS EŔROGANT BUILDER.
