It is different from a bilateral agreement where both parties have obligations. In a unilateral contract, only one party is obligated to perform after the offeree accepts the offer through an act. The offeree isn't legally required to perform, but if the offeree accepts the offer, a contract is formed and the offeror is legally bound to perform. Our video would show you some prime examples.
