list of ingredients: • 1 cup of dates • 1 cup of cashews • ¾ cup of sesame seeds • ½ cup of almonds • ½ cup of pistachios • ½ cup of anjeer • A pinch of elaichi (cardamom) • Some ghee step-by-step process : 1. Dry roast ¾ cup of sesame seeds and set them aside. 2. Take a pan, pour some ghee, and roast ½ cup of almonds, 1 cup of cashews, and ½ cup of pistachios until golden. 3. Add a little more ghee to the pan, then add ½ cup of anjeer paste and 1 cup of dates paste. Mix well until combined. 4. Add a pinch of elaichi (cardamom) powder to the mixture and stir. 5. Once the mixture is well combined, let it cool slightly. 6. Shape the mixture into rolls and coat them with the roasted sesame seeds as a topping. 7. Let the rolls set, then serve.
