Yes, I like it! The mattes are good, smooth, they apply effortlessly. The shimmers have a translucent base, they look like the shimmers in the Charlotte Tilbury Beautyverse palette (maybe you have that one?). I hope to find time to record a review video about the palette, so I can show some more footage.

New attempt: I haven’t tried the Chanel on my eyes yet, so I can’t really tell. The lilac and purple shade didn’t swatch that well, hopefully they work better on the eyes!! And, Yes it’s an all matte palette, I always prefer a bit of sparkle in my looks, so I think I will mainly use it as a companion palette. But I’ll do an all matte for sure, just to see how the shades pair. So hopefully I can tell you more soon!!!

They feel comfortable, hydrating, on the lips! They do transfer a bit, so you have to re-apply during the day.

@@bobbygarza15 Botanical is my second palette from the brand so I can’t compare it with other palettes from the brand. I do have another one, I forgot the name, it was a cool-toned one that was released last winter. I’m pleasantly surprised by the formula of these Beauty Bay palettes. It’s not the best formula ever, but you get value for money!

The two brown mattes in Over Doré are close to each other in tone. Yes you can use the darkest one as liner, but it won’t be as intense as you probably prefer.

Happy to help! I’m so happy to hear you like Over Brun! Over Orange en Over Noir are very different quads, I can’t really give you advice about which one to get. Quality wise they are both really good. So it comes down to personal preference, which of the palettes will suit your skintone, and which one will you use most?

@fedaro_beauty I decided to get Over Noir, even though warmer colors suit me best. I have a ton of oranges, but hardly any gunmetal or pewter type of colors, which my husband loves on me. I have one go-to product for when I wear a cool tone look (basically for him), but it's pretty old. I think having these colors in such a great formula might be a good replacement for it, and even upgrade! Thank you again for the extra ideas to consider! I think I might use the black color to help add dimension with other palettes as well.

Not exact dupes but they both have the “baby pink” vibe of course. The one from Saie is more pink, the ABH leans slightly more lilac.

Yes! Agreed! I never have issues with the Byredo formula, but other creators have mixed opinions; saying the eyeshadows go on patchy 🤷‍♀️

@@fedaro_beauty I come to a conclusion, when I’ve tried this specific formulas: they have a different pressure technology which make the product so soft and doesn’t produce fall outs. If a eyeshadow/ pigment doesn’t provide a big pay off, their opinions are negative. I’ve been explaining on my channel about Byredo high quality of formulas, they are my favorites longwear, highly pigment, dry/ wet stunning textures. Honestly dear it’s my humble opinion throughout the years of experience I have. I love your videos! 🌹♥️🙏

As mua you know what you’re talking about, I’m just an amateur playing around with make up 😉 as for this Desert Road palette, it’s very soft in tone, providing a more romantic, ethereal look. Not many brands do this! I love the taupe-lilac shade, it’s very special in my opinion. Byredo’s Metal Boots in the Snow is my favorite 5-pan!

Happy to help! The baby pink shade will definitely look better on you than on me haha! I never expected baby pink to look so ashy/gray on me, I look like a ghost. You might me surprised but my skin has neutral undertones! So usually I can work with (almost) all shades. In general I do prefer the warmer tones as you know (also because my hair is dyed in a warm tone).

I guess I have to use Thinner to get the stain out 😝 I know it’s just a first world problem but I have never had an issue like this before with liquid blushes.

I think these new ones are permanent Lydia! So no rush! And Stora Dolls is an amazing palette, I love the color story. So I fully understand!! Enjoying and appreciating what you have is more important than buying new stuff all the time 😉 (which sounds a bit weird from me as beauty content creator /reviewer , but believe me, there are many ‘old’ palettes that I still really enjoy and use a lot).
