I know it has been a year since you posted. Just checked the Koi on our local (Dutch) Amazon called 'Marktplaats'. Only 2 are listed, one is 165 euro's and the other is 450 euro's. Amazon has none.

Have you made your business into a company Fred or have you not yet reached the limit of what you may earn ‘on the side’? I heard from Iain that in England that amount is 90k which is amazing compared to the netherlands where i live. Here you are only allowed the earn 1800 euro next to your normal job, above that you are basically forced to start a company which i then did earlier this year.

A huge investment!. Thankfully I still have sufficient space to avoid those overhead unessarary costs each month. Interested to see how this pays off from hobby to the business adventure.

Your local hardware store will likely sell door seals, that will close up the gap between the tables if you're wanting to avoid stick residue from taping them :)

Put black or silver duct tape round the top lip of the workbenches. It holds the top to the frame and you can join 2x benches together with it. I've used it for several years and it's still working well 😊

It looks very good indeed, what make are the plastic trays as they look a good size.

Just watched Fred , did you solve your comms issues, I’ve just installed Starlink , satellite internet . £75 per month, no long term contract , and was delivered and installed in three days, will support around 300meg download , simple install , im really impressed with performance and very reliable just a thought mate….

Hi Fred, looking good exciting times! I have used some good LED lights in my Loft and above my Racco units they are called "Barrina Led Batten Light 2ft, T5 1100lm 10W 6500K Super Bright White LED Garage Workshop Lighting,Wall and Ceiling Batten Lights 6-Pack" they are easy to stick up and you can daisy chain them too.

Hi mate - just watched your latest video and great to see you making the step up. One thing I would seriously warn you about is the humidity and mould in the unit - both attack cardboard and paper like you won’t believe and if you have any stock that you are wanting to have exposed to the air it will get badly damaged. Insulating the container and constant air flow is your only solution. Cheers - Paul

Starting to look pretty great Fred, you are getting a lot of extra space to expand your bricklink store.

Thats a lot of hard work so far, but its definitely looking worth it. Looks great so far.

I see all those gaps round the edge of the ceiling where sunlight is getting in. I wonder whether the dehumidifier will be much use when air is so free flowing. Also might be cold in winter. Maybe close those holes up?

What kind of unit is this... Do you have an outside shot. I just wonder about the temperature... Hot and/or cold. So you have air conditioning which would help with the humidity and mold?
