Make a video on your sales process or recommended sales process for someone starting out. I have a demo chat builder built on one site they can view all chats on all the platforms + sms. So my idea was to send out free demos takes 10 sec to create and then they book on that same page a call.

The "Go To" function if they don't reply doesn't work for follow up. It just resends the same message it already sent and prompting doesn't fix it. Any other recommendations? I've tried a few already and haven't got it to work.
