Adam , if u were ( as u self-proclaimed to be )smart ... You wouldn't have wasted that egg trying to " clean it up " ...Any half arsed cook would've simply used a Bench Scraper & scraped it off into the bowl & saved it all & just used a damp paper towel or damp sink sponge to wipe the counter off ... And if as you said adding other condiments pour only half ur mixture into cooker , add ur extras even including shredded spinach , cheese , diced tomato , hot sauce or what have u then pour the other half in on top salt & pepper to taste while it's still liquid then microwave ...Makes a much better omelette with condiments cooked inside & already seasoned ...Try it for urself ...🥚🍳🥂
