We, the people of rimrock, call this area of town the shit hole. Cuz the wind brings the smell of the rest area, 200 feet up the interstate, right into your homes. I've lived here for 30 years . And every time I've ever driven over there to those new homes right next to I 17 they smell like crap. Even when me and my buddies were hired to put all the sidewalks in years before the first houses went in. We were like no one will ever buy this property. Now we just laugh at the Phoenicians who actually live there. It was a joke property and y'all actually fell for it. Stay in Phoenix and stay away from Rimrock. Thank you.
