African greys are such characters.... My boss had a rescued Grey that loved to mimic the phone, door knocking, car horn etc. We would change the ring tone but he would learn the new tone in two days or less..... He loved toying with you too.... I miss that bird 😞

I love African greys. When I was a kid we had a green parrot. He only liked my uncle. My uncle was the only one who could handle him. An old lady came over once and was making a big deal about the bird. I told her don't, she thought she knew better. He sliced the crap out of her finger.

I know you probably won't see this but you shouldn't let large birds sit on your shoulder because one accidental scare can make them try to hold on and accidentally reach over and bite your eye, ear, or neck. I'm no expert though. If you want to take then you can🙂
