Furthermore, the MVS Proofer, developed by MECATHERM in collaboration with polymer specialists for high-performance materials, was designed to optimize safety, usability, maintenance, and cleaning. By eliminating retention zones, cleaning this equipment becomes easy and quick.

I have a lot of experience with this line. It runs very good and makes very nice products. I am an expert in set up and running this type of equipment. They also make a stone tunnel oven that makes very nice artisan Breads....! This is equipment is the best in the business...! Al Sautner
I disagree. I work on their equipment daily as a mechanic. They make some dubious design choices.
