Society is a fucked up thing! They have the same grading stick for each one of us. Have you gotten into IIT? What’s your CGPA? Package kitna mila?! (What’s your starting package?) But the TRUTH is that there’s no one way to measure one’s competence.
The CEO of Fountane, our parent company - failed his 9th, 11th, and first year of college. But today, he runs a multimillion $ company employing over 70 people.
It’s the imperfection in each one of us that makes us Human! Nobody is perfect, and perfection shouldn’t exist. Only progress should!
Hence we created FuelEd!
FuelEd is a one-stop destination for up-and-coming dev, design, and marketing misfits to prove themselves.
We give a platform to do real-world projects at scale. Sometimes they end up on your portfolio; others change the world. Either way, this is where great ideas get created, and greater personalities get noticed!

good podcast
Quite useful
Thanks for Watching Eliza ❤️
Not sure if it is mentioned in the video, but what does Position bring you? if you have money and core competency (you learn alot) for what reason would u go for "position"?
Great podcast , great conversation! 🎉
Found this podcast recently, and it's a gem. Thank you!
We are glad you find it useful Nishant ❤️
Thank you so much for this amazing video . Had great fun watching it .
excellent interview. good job 👍
I believe that every business out there is claiming to be an authentic one but still others raise concerns then how will you measure your authenticity level?
I also agree, LinkedIn is becoming something like Facebook or at least not that professional. Plus, when most things are hidden or abstracted then LinkedIn like companies boast that they have this or that efficient algorithms when you don't know how to verify, as I don't see relevant posts max time on my wall.
Came here to see Rushabh. But the interviewer is incredibly pretty. 💛
why does she look like sonam kapoor
Such a Obsessed and Nerd Stuff and trying to put on the same on others Mind 🤢 Life Much More !!!
Modi ji of software world.
Same profile Picture on LinkedIn
Great stuff
great pod
I would really love to hear about the scenarios where they have broken prod and how and what did they do to fix it ....! 😅 I have been in couple of them and it's fun 😂
Kitni cute hai ye yaarr 🤤
[Curiosity]---> really moved by this word arpit
enjoyed this podcast. open source is a great way to gain distribution as a developer or a developer tool, but a poor way to build a business. working with small companies in India is difficult because of the cost sensitivity. i'm sure Rushabh is a great founder and has a lot of wisdom, but running a company 'democratically' sounds like the path to mediocrity.
lol 16 hours without a sip of water. That isn't a good thing at all and nothing to flex about.
everyone gets ceo level salary
I'm curious to read more about how this works?
why Arpit's linkedin doesnt have that 2 months experience
I sense some narcissism
Great work , learnt a lot. Totally agree with rushabh on people just contributing for the sake of it.
the person who says that he'll create a 'authentic stories' platform is having a fake thumbnail. new heights reached in hypocrisy!!!!!!
@@rajkamalpmalyal8664 i don’t know why people in india worship these guys. legit herd culture
@@rajkamalpmalyal8664 the worst part is, these a-holes should realise that millions of people are watching them, they should at least have the bare minimum humanity and not misuse whatever views they’re getting.
@@rajkamalpmalyal8664 this is precisely why i hate indian userbase online. first they destroyed facebook, then twitter, youtube, snapchat, instagram, tiktok. everything. the list goes on and on and on.
Lets goooo FOSSEE og in the houseee
YESSS!!
Just completed the entire podcast And it was worth my 50 mins Please bring sanjeev sanyal on podcast if possible next time
I guess the podcast is mainly for young genz entrepreneurs, creators, devs. I dont think sanjeev sanyal fits their theme.
@@rakshitsingh5281 ig being an economist he does suit here,
finding this late but nvm , better late than never
I would add one more thing PPPH h is health. You should get time for your health as well. Otherwise ,what's the bottom line of the whole thing.
who is this god aditya
I think they are very good in service very possible fast process
title 😀 content😶
What's bad with the content?
Fantastic
damnn
Great stuff, Kavan!

hey its good to know the journey of kavan but i have a question or suggestion i think if u r doing enterprise sales then this is ideally not a problem solving platform as some one who is looking for a freelancer is a small founder and face this problem of assurance..you have well created a layer as u said but for a big enterprise like adiya birla was never a problem as he can go with any agency so for him .u r just a cheaper alternative i am a founder and was happy when i this pod cast started and i thought this is what i am looking for my startup as i cannot hire big agency and have lot of problems with freelancer but at the end it was little disappointed any ways u know ur platform better just a piece of advice if u can do with small companies or start up u will be actually doing a pain killer and not vitamins and u will be actually in true sense cheaper better faster best of luck as
Thanks! Agencies can be expensive, rigid and slow. Our model helps brands do critical work faster cheaper and hence better. In 2 years I am certain small COs won't even need creative talent. They will use AI to create things themselves. So we're being future proof by focusing on critical creative work vs small jobs.
This is one of the best podcasts. I loved it.
Thanks! :)
Great podcast, his fluff is actually true and inspiring
hi arpit, i have good knwldge on sas, python, sql, powerbi, alteryx i attended interview bt rjctd due to frm16 issues, bt nw decded to wrk as a frelncr bt thy r askng slry slips, any sggstns how to get wrk as a frlncr

This is great. I am a follower of Arpit in linked in and RUclips. I always get inspired by his stories and videos. I started thinking differently about engineering after following him. This is a great pod. Thank you 😊 he has definitely made an impact to my life on engineering.
I loved watching the whole video plus behind the scenes clip 😄😄..
so basically.. i didn't read the thumbnail.. i just watched the face of Arpit sir and i clicked on this video.. it was so worth it.. i would say one of the best an hour and a half of my life..
@24:15 telugites especially hyderabadis are like . my man. could'nt be said better.
Please do not put such fancy titles where the success ratio is 1:10000 i.e. only one person succeeds out of ten thousand
super insightful....the folks at Fueled are doing such amazing work 👏👏👏
