I also agree, LinkedIn is becoming something like Facebook or at least not that professional. Plus, when most things are hidden or abstracted then LinkedIn like companies boast that they have this or that efficient algorithms when you don't know how to verify, as I don't see relevant posts max time on my wall.

enjoyed this podcast. open source is a great way to gain distribution as a developer or a developer tool, but a poor way to build a business. working with small companies in India is difficult because of the cost sensitivity. i'm sure Rushabh is a great founder and has a lot of wisdom, but running a company 'democratically' sounds like the path to mediocrity.

hey its good to know the journey of kavan but i have a question or suggestion i think if u r doing enterprise sales then this is ideally not a problem solving platform as some one who is looking for a freelancer is a small founder and face this problem of assurance..you have well created a layer as u said but for a big enterprise like adiya birla was never a problem as he can go with any agency so for him .u r just a cheaper alternative i am a founder and was happy when i this pod cast started and i thought this is what i am looking for my startup as i cannot hire big agency and have lot of problems with freelancer but at the end it was little disappointed any ways u know ur platform better just a piece of advice if u can do with small companies or start up u will be actually doing a pain killer and not vitamins and u will be actually in true sense cheaper better faster best of luck as

Thanks! Agencies can be expensive, rigid and slow. Our model helps brands do critical work faster cheaper and hence better. In 2 years I am certain small COs won't even need creative talent. They will use AI to create things themselves. So we're being future proof by focusing on critical creative work vs small jobs.
