    Great Moview and Tutorial! Do you know how can I move data after the conversation to the CRM for example? Let's say I finish an interview with HR recruiter and depending on what's happend in the call I will update the stsatus on CRM and if I succeed I will send email using calendly invetation to the next interview. Did you understand? :)

    Great video. I have a question though. Is it possible to create an assistant that can work out what language the caller is speaking, and respond in the right language? This example isn't really multi-language, it's just "not English", if you see what I mean! 🙂

    You should dig deeper into these ai voice bots / phone call assistants. There’s a nice market for it and your teaching style is good you could easily hit 10k subs fast just need consistency and value. New sub earned 🤝🏾

    Hi, I followed everything you did. I had the first name and day of appointment in sheet. The AI was supposed to confirm the call but when I tested it buy clicking talk with AI button, it couldn't recall the day or name. Is that because I did not add or buy a phone number, or is there another reason?

    Hey Maxi bro I have a client for Appointment Setter AI calling system and I don't understand. How much should I charge him? For 6000 minutes in Indian currency 99,000 thousand. The estimated cost for the software is this much $1,189, so how much should I charge? And you can tell me. For example, if a client needs 1000 minutes, then how much amount should I charge him.       in your Video I can see that you are using the model turbo-v2 of elevenlabs. However, it will only work well with the multilingual model (multilingual-v2)

      Yes, you can use the Vapi API to build your own whitelabel solution. If you can build a good one that simplifies the process or focuses on a specific niche etc. this is probably a good idea currently :)

      I personally never tried callfluent AI since I'm happy with Vapi, so unfortunately I can't say much about callfluent.

      @@Maximilianautomation Wäre ganz gut! Ich erzähle schnell eine kleine Geschichte. Vor einem Jahr habe ich versucht, meiner Fruendin aus der Ukraine zu helfen - sie hat ihre Sachen nach Zypern abgeschickt (die arme müsste wegen des Krieges umziehen). Und die Lieferungsfirma hat natürlich das Paket... naja, nicht verloren, aber es gab keine Nachrichten seit drei Wochen. Meine Freundin spricht leider kein Deutsch, und ich habe angerufen, um das Problem zu lösen. Selbstverständlich gab es dort keine Menschen - nur Roboter, die Nichts verstanden haben. Die dumme Maschine wollte von mir eine Zustimmung, aber es funktionierte nicht! Ich habe gesagt: »ich stimme zu«, »In Ordnung«, »bestätige« u. s. w. - hat nichts gebracht! Keine Ahnung, welches Schlüsselwort es war, bis der dumme Roboter mich mit einem Typen verbinden könnte. Was fehlte noch, ist die mechanische Stimme, die - nachdem sie mich lange gequelt hat - singen würde: Schläft ein Lied in allen Dingen die da träumen fort und fort, und die Welt hebt an zu singen, triffst du nur das Zauberwort.

    Thanks for the video. If I want use only one assistant and phone number is possible to the model switch to English to in my case português as the client talks. Or I have to create two assistants one in English and another in português

      it is possible to create an assistant that only determines the desired language and then forwards the call to either the english or portuguese one :)

      this can be done by capturing the end-of-call reports from Vapi and displaying them in a google sheet. I might record a future video on this!

    Great vid! Just a quick question, why do I need to set the provider, chatgpt model, opening message, etc. again, if I've already set all of that in the Assistant settings? Would it work if I just placed the assistant ID in the assistant ID section of the HTTP request?

      great question! you could also specify an assistant that you have already created in the Post request, but this assistant is not going to be dynamic (you can't insert a name or further details of the person you are calling).

      Intersting; maybe you called another number? The number to call is in the following place in the post request: "customer": { "number": "<string>" }

      Hallo Andreas, sehr gerne können wir uns zu dem Thema austauschen. Gerne kannst du über den Kalender Link in meiner Videobeschreibung oder Kanalbeschreibung einen Termin buchen! Um die Frage zu beantworten: Vapi stellt die gesamte Infrastruktur für den Sprachassistenten zur Verfügung, weshalb man in diesem Setup Vapi nicht auslassen kann. Twilio stellt lediglich die Rufnummer zur Verfügung.

      Thank you very much! It is currently not possible to connect Vapi to WhatsApp for calls, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is possible in the future! Meta would have to open their Meta Business API for this

      Synthflow is generally very good, but I am currently using mostly Vapi.ai, so I don't have the direct comparison in this case

      3 hours seems reasonable. I think that the exact number of hours does not really matter, as long as it is the same day

      This setup works for multiple languages! You just need the transcriber to transcribe the spoken words to another language and then find a good voice for that language. You can even clone your own voice with elevenlabs :)🔥
