I literally set up levels without any help + you forgot some details

Hey man, I did everything and when trying to create a ticket the bot says "the ticket could not be created, please try again later." any ideas?
Sorry for the late response. Sometimes that happens what I would do is see if you can open the ticket again or either go through the video, hopefully it will help.

Maybe it's because you don't have premium.

@@ComputingGenius-2023 I just had to delete it and readd it with the roles I wanted pretty lame how you can’t add them.
@@ItzMatt001 Maybe look at my new video it's more easier to set up.
@@ComputingGenius-2023 I contacted support and they told me I’d have to duplicate the system in order to edit managers, they said they can’t be chanced once placed.
