@@gleekskitchen Mom at 78yrs old grew up on greens and just told me they delicious, 1st time I ever cook them. I didn't use bacon but did sautee trinity and andoullie, sprinkled a little cajun seasoning. they smell wonderful. ima have them for dinner this evening.

Have you tried bamboo flour? Victoria’s 2.0 on you tube has a fantastic flour. Watch highfalutin dream biscuit recipe. Truly amazing! I’ve tried many Keto breads and biscuits.
I have tried that almond flour as well and you are right. It's very coarse. I wouldn't have known any better except I usually get almond flour at Sam's club. I believe it's blue diamond. It truly is fine.

I went to that beach and the water was UTTERLY freezing and my body grew numb but when the sun came out the water was a little warmer but still cold😭 (btw my sister’s ball kind of went away into the sea so-)

Praise God and Amen that we both found good providers who know how to take care of us! I’m grateful. For others who haven’t, one way to find a provider is to call a pharmacy and ask who prescribes HRT. I love Dr Mary Claire Haver, too. I was on topicals + oral compounds for years (not covered by insurance), switched to the estradiol patch and oral progesterone (covered by insurance) plus topical testosterone (not covered by insurance), and then switched to pellets last year (not covered by insurance). All have worked well for me. Thanks for sharing your experience.

My poor mother thought she was going crazy when she was going through menopause. Back in the 50's they didn't have a clue what these women are going through.

Good information. I'm sorry that you haven't been feeling well. I hope everything works out for you. I went through menopause 12 years ago. My doctor says I'm a lucky one because I have never had any menopausal symptoms. I think I had hot flashes for a month and that was it.

There is a recipe on RUclips I think it's from a lady that Victoria's kitchen I think it is. I got a recipe for her for keto flour that's made from bamboo fiber. This is actually the closest thing to real flower that I have found. I had made it and used it a bunch of times and though it's not perfect as much better than just using almond flour or coconut flour. Has the actual texture of real flower.

Late to the party here. I've found that if I grind the almond flour first, then combine it with the rest of the ingredients, and then grind again quite well, it gets the texture to where I can just stand it. I just hate the texture of raw almond flour, so this method makes it a little more tolerable.

Buying sweet potato are so expensive at $2.75 lb so I found canned sweet potato for 3/1.00 will they work for this? I make sweet potato pie and I bought two flats
Drain them and they should work just fine
If the potatoes in the can have sugar in them , you will have to cut back on the sugar in the recipe. This recipe requires 1 cup of sweet potato , which is about 1 potato
