M'guy, i don't mean to be mean, but your tone and expressions really seem like you're angry and exhausted and hate having to do this. Maybe it's just your natural bearing and maybe it's just me, but... whoof, you sure this is what you wanna be doing? You're putting a lotta production value into this and the effort shows, especially for 601 views, you've (and/or your team've) clearly got skill and dedication, but... food stuff's hard to break into. Maybe go with something else if this is your vibe? Maybe tearing down something you hate? I dunno.

Chris, you are a man after my own heart re: acidity, lime and TAJIN! i make a lime cumin garlic marinade for chicken, and also for avocado pineapple arugula salad. this looks incredible!
I'm thinking of making this tonight but what do you recommend to serve with it? I'm thinking Rice and Salad and Margaritas....
Those are probably great! Off camera, I poured the marinade into my lemonade and it was SO good! Could make a unique margarita, probably. Though the onion was very present, so I'd recommend making some additional marinade without it haha.
@@chris-cooks I made it last night with wild rice and salad and everyone gave it the thumbs up, and it was SO EASY. Margaritas did pair well with it. Might make myself a drink tonight with the leftover marinade just to see how that tastes! THANKS!
